Coaches are committed to follow strict ethical conduct, by the Core Values and Ethical Principles in the International Coach Federation (ICF) – ICF Code of Ethics. Both CTI/Co-Active- and CRR/ORSC- educations are ICF accredited.
ICF defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” I align with this statement, and I design a coaching alliance with every client to ensure permission. I adhere to the core values of
Integrity
Excellence
Collaboration
Respect
The foundation of these values is a shared commitment to diversity, inclusion, belonging, and justice.
Confidentiality:
Confidentiality refers to the coach´s duty not to disclose any information obtained during the course of the coaching relationship without the expressed permission of the client. The right to confidentiality belongs to the client, not to the coach. Therefore, you as a client can set the boundaries of confidentiality; however, it is my obligation as the coach, to ensure that these limits are clearly agreed upon in either a verbal or written agreement. In addition to a clear agreement, there is still a conscious practice that needs to take place both by me as the coach, and you as the client; to ensure mutual understanding of our coaching relationship.
ORSC™ is an integrated and robust coaching model based on RSI (Relationship Systems Intelligence™). Beyond EQ (Emotional Intelligence) relationship with oneself and SI (Social Intelligence) relationship with other is the realm of RSI (Relationship Systems Intelligence) where one’s focus shifts to the relationship with the group, team or system. This approach creates sustainable, resilient teams and families.
Co-Active is the philosophy of wholeness that provides a framework for people to experience the infinite possibilities of life. Co-Active grows you as a leader through conversation, actions, and awareness—and gets you outside your comfort zone, exploring your own boundaries and becoming aware of the impact you’re having around you.
