How HIIT coaching works: You may book 3 x 30-min. sessions per week* over a period of three months. We meet on Zoom, Skype, or phone. This is a lot of coaching for an affordable price. You secure your spot and your commitment by purchasing the full 3 month-package. Then you book your first session.
Before you make the investment, however, I invite you to a conversation with me here, to get clear. I look forward to meet you, and hear what your target is!
Optional: Initial 60 min session: We co-design how you want me to be with you. Your agenda and your target is the outset. You bring your whole self. I ask you open questions & attune coaching tools to your target and your personality.
Optional: Midway session 60 min: We continue to explore, hone, tweak, and practice until insight comes, and breakthrough is possible, then becomes more embodied, and change starts to occur. Expect other bonuses as well, like new wisdom, perspectives and truths, and often unpredictable serendipities (love those!)
Optional: Target-reached session 60 min: Expect to reach your target! Expect these months to create lasting results, and that you have acquired new tools!
