Single Co-Active Coaching Session – 1 hour can be great, but is usually not enough to bring about change. Great to experience if coaching is for you, and if you like my coaching style.
Package A: Three sessions – (three consecutive weeks/ or every other week for six weeks).
This is great if you work on a smaller issue or need to solve an immediate issue.
Package B: Six sessions – (Frequency: at least one session a month, at most one session a week for six weeks).
Six sessions are great for investing in yourself and if you are serious about bringing about deeper change / progressing a specific task.
Package C: Twelve sessions – is valid for one year, least frequency is monthly, maximum frequency weekly. This package is for you who are at an early understanding or development of something you want to grow in, change, understand about yourself – and want to commit to this evolution and at the same time allow for time to work with you.

Availability & Time Zones: I live in Norway in the CEST time-zone (-9 PDT, -7 EST, -2 UTC, +1 BST, +7 Tokyo, +3,5 IST). You can find appointment times at my Acuity scheduling page. If you live in a country that makes meeting Eastern time zone requirements difficult, please contact me via email email@example.com and I’ll work something out. Timezones can be confusing, so to make sure we’re both on the same page, you can find time zone compatibilities here
Book Time for a Pre-Paid Appointment: Go to my booking page and secure your appointment types and times. I will send you a confirmation email after Acuity notifies me.
Before Your First Appointment: Think about the questions you’d like explore. Be prepared to describe your situation, current transition, recent changes, and key issues in a concise way so we don’t waste time. Please do not send questions to me in advance. I do not have the capacity to answer them outside of sessions.
Connecting: I prefer connecting by phone, or Zoom/ Skype, if we cannot meet in real life, (e.g., for clients in other countries or when restrictions apply). If by phone, please use a phone you can talk directly into so we can hear each other well. Also, This is also so you get a good, clear recording. If we use Skype, give me your ID on the application form and I will initiate contact. If you prefer Zoom, I’ll send you a link. ( It’s advisable to use earbuds with an inline mic, or a good headset, to eliminate echo and help with the sound quality. )
Recording Your Appointment: I record all appointments in mp3 digital format and send the file to you via email afterwards, using wetransfer.com or Dropbox.
Lateness, No-Shows, Cancellations, Rescheduling: Punctuality is appreciated! I will wait for you for 10 minutes before moving on to other things, unless you call or email in advance to see if the appointment can be moved forward slightly. If you miss an appointment, we’ll need to reschedule. If you need to change the day, please give me 24-hours notice. Please note that I do not provide refunds.
