I believe the elevation of human awareness is essential if we are to co-create a regenerative future.
Leadership today is measured not only by results — but by the courage to see potential before it becomes visible to everyone else, and to act responsibly from that awareness.
Awareness is a skill. It can be cultivated physically, emotionally, mentally, and relationally. When developed deliberately, it transforms how we lead, collaborate, and create. My work supports that cultivation.
With more than three decades in the Norwegian construction industry — spanning architecture, urban design, sustainability advocacy, leadership, R&D, and entrepreneurship — I know what it takes to navigate complex professional systems while maintaining clarity, energy, and integrity. I understand the ambition, pressure, and human dynamics behind high performance, and how relational intelligence powers sustainable results.
My evolution from architectural practice into coaching and Systems Intelligence research has been a deepening of my contribution. I have completed advanced training in Co-Active Coaching (CTI) and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and trained extensively with Positive Intelligence. For several years, I have also participated in a self-organized ORSC practice network with systems coaches across Europe, continuously refining tools and cultivating relational skill in real-world systems.
My research work has focused on human factors in multidisciplinary collaboration, explored through Systems Intelligence and Action Research. This informs my approach: practical, systemic, and deeply attentive to relational dynamics.
I partner with leaders, teams, and professional creatives who are committed to growth — not because they are broken, but because they understand that mastery requires continuous refinement. When we learn to lead ourselves in alignment with who we are, our relationships change, our teams change, and our organizations change.
We access more of our intelligence — analytical, emotional, relational, intuitive. We develop discernment. We become capable of holding complexity without losing clarity.

My daily practice reflects what I support in others: cultivating awareness, emotional regulation, discernment, and embodied presence. I continue to study, refine, and explore the human dimensions of collaboration and leadership.

I find that an inspiring orientation.
I have come to experience that inner development and professional excellence are not separate pursuits. The more consciously we cultivate ourselves, the more sustainable and regenerative our work becomes.
